Chattahoochee Technical College is a two-year public facility that was established in 1963. Informally known as Chattahoochee Tech, CTC offers a broad range of associate degree, certificate and diploma programs. Chattahoochee Tech's practical nurse program can be completed in about three or four semesters if you choose to attend classes on a full time basis. You can find CTC on South Cobb Drive in Marietta.

Georgia Piedmont Technical College

Located on North Indian Creek Drive in Clarkston, you will discover Georgia Piedmont Technical College. Formerly known as DeKalb Area Vocational College, GPTC opened its doors during the year 1961. The practical nursing program at Georgia Piedmont Tech is a four-semester program that was carefully designed to fully prepare graduates for the NCLEX and careers as LPNs.
