Informally known as Chattahoochee Tech, CTC offers a broad range of associate degree, certificate and diploma programs. Chattahoochee Tech's practical nurse program can be completed in about three or four semesters if you choose to attend classes on a full time basis. You can find CTC on South Cobb Drive in Marietta.

Located on North Indian Creek Drive in Clarkston, you will discover Georgia Piedmont Technical College. Formerly known as DeKalb Area Vocational College, GPTC opened its doors during the year 1961. The practical nursing program at Georgia Piedmont Tech is a four-semester program that was carefully designed to fully prepare graduates for the NCLEX and careers as LPNs.

This is a two-year trade school that began offering higher education programs in 1964. Originally named Coosa Valley Technical College, GNTC provides a large selection of occupational programs to around 10,000 students each year.
